The High Street project located in Phoenix, Arizona with a total of 760,000 square feet, was purchased from the lender as a failing project. While at SKB, Jeff and the team turned the project around to maximize income by creating and executing a strategic capital improvement plan, rebranding, marketing, and a comprehensive leasing strategy.
